- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
2. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model or size, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. We will issue you an RMA number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs for exchanges are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@audemarslegacy.com with a detailed description of the issue. We may request photos to assess the damage. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

- Watches that have been worn or show signs of use
- Items that are missing the original packaging, tags, or documentation
